How do I qualify for free shipping? |
If you spend over $150 you automatically qualify for free shipping. |
How long does shipping take? |
Shipping is estimated to take between 2 to 10 business days from the time you make your purchase. |
Will I get a tracking number? |
You will receive a tracking number via text message and email once your order has been shipped. If you purchase a product before 11am, you will receive same day shipping (excluding scrub orders). |

Returns | |
What is your returns policy? |
We have a 14-day return policy, which means you have 14 days after receiving your item to request a return. To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. Can I get a full refund? |
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund to you. Please find our refund policy here: |
How can I return my item? |
To start a return, you can contact us at admin@agimedkit.com.au. If your return is accepted, we’ll send instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted. You can always contact us for any return question at admin@agimedkit.com.au. |
When will my refund be processed? |
Once you have emailed us with your intent to receive a refund, we will process your claim and let you know the outcome via email. This process will take between 1-3 business days. |
What items can’t be returned? |
Items that are worn/used, do not have the tags still attached or are not within the original packing can not be returned. |

Can I get a quote/invoice? |

Subscriptions | |
How can I activate a subscription? |
Navigate to your desired product and select the subscription icon before then selecting the subscription interval you would like. You will then be prompted to checkout at which time you can input your details and agree to the subscription terms and conditions. Once you have filled in your details and clicked the ‘Proceed’ button your subscription is activated. You can manage your subscription by logging into your account and clicking the ‘Manage subscription’ button. How can I cancel my subscription? |
Log into your account by clicking the account icon and inputting your account details. Once within your account you can click the manage subscription button before being able to click the cancel subscription button.
